Nuno S. Vilaça
Nuno has over 18 years of experience in Investment Banking, in particular advisory services, structured finance, M&A and Private Equity. After a long international career, Nuno retuned to Portugal in May 2012 and since then he has been advising a number of noticeable Portuguese companies. Prior to May 2012, Nuno was the Managing Director, running the Principal Investment division of HSBC Bank plc in Latin America, leading deal sourcing, transaction structuring, execution and portfolio monitoring. Nuno joined HSBC in London in June 2002, to work within the global Project Finance global advisory business, from Impax Asset Management PLC a London Based Asset Manager that Nuno had previously joined in 1998.
Some recent relevant assignments include: i) a case study Investor Group, Portuguese, PE investment (Project Skin) managed by Raven Capital and where Nuno acts as an executive Board Member; ii) Project ColdPack where Nuno acts as an executive Board Member and the CEO.
