Our strategy is to balance the Partners’ expertise and market knowledge with a set of alternative asset classes in the region.

Investing and Advising

We work with a number of national and international investors to fund buy or sell side projects, on a deal by deal basis, in several industries.

These transactions may be structured in a way that favors cash flow distribution, in order to provide investors with a high-yielding instrument, thus potentially increasing the liquidity and the number of exit strategies.

We work alongside both investor clubs and targeted single investors, depending on the project’s characteristics.

The company’s partners provide not only origination, negotiation and structuring capabilities, as well as intermediation/capital raising and management of target investment opportunities, by taking board seats in representation of investors.

On advisory mandates the company complements its origination and structuring skills with its partners’ international experience and contacts in order to enhance distribution capabilities.

We provide support to companies’ existing shareholders by seeking strategic, new, equity and/or debt investors.

Specialized and
Alternative Lending

We have been focusing on specialized lending platforms by doing work for different business partners, in terms of defining platform structures, defining target market niches and identifying management teams for diverse projects in this space.

Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and Financial Services

We have successfully structured an Iberian NPL fund for a Middle Eastern Investor in 2013 and have been working with different investors in the NPL space, both on the structuring side as well as the origination and sourcing side.

Real Estate and Asset intermediation

We have advised in the set-up of a Luxembourg investment vehicle for a Middle Eastern Investor targeting Portuguese Real Estate opportunities and have worked with various local players in the origination, structuring and investment sourcing of Real Estate assets.

We have also provided capital raising services for several asset managers and investors in the Real Estate space leveraging on the extensive market knowledge of institutional investors in Portugal.

Given our extensive local market knowledge we are keen to explore distribution or intermediary agreements with service and product providers on a broad range of asset classes.
